Job summary

A2Z Personnel is seeking a Licensed Client Advocate (Health Insurance Agent) to help clients understand plan options, enrollment steps, and benefits. You'll respond to calls and emails, advocate with carriers, document all interactions in CRM, and support Open Enrollment activities.

Requirements include 2+ years in customer service in health insurance, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in health insurance, medical office, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and professional with all types of customers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with client management systems (CRM).
  • Ability to learn and retain complex information quickly.
  • Must be able to pass and maintain applicable insurance licensure (Health and Exchange Producer License; training provided if needed).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
  • Background check required upon offer of employment.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities
