Responsibilities

- Work directly with city and county officials to obtain and manage all required permits and approvals.
- Conduct and review engineering design calculations, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and environmental consultants to ensure compliance.
- Monitor site activities for engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Provide technical leadership for civil aspects of ongoing construction.
