Qualifications

• Licensed PE or ability to obtain within 1 year.

• Strong knowledge of site development, grading, drainage, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and review civil design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Design and analyze wet utilities and site infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate with clients and internal/external teams.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables.
