Job summary

Anchored Soul Counseling PLLC is seeking a fully licensed Christian mental health therapist to provide compassionate and effective treatment in a supportive team environment. The role includes both in-person and virtual therapy options and a strong emphasis on serving a diverse patient base. Candidates with specialties in trauma, couples counseling, and children's issues are especially encouraged to apply. This position offers the potential for part-time with growth towards full-time.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed or licensed eligible in Connecticut. Partially licensed candidates will NOT be considered.
• Experience or training in Christian Counseling encouraged.
• Ability to manage a caseload of at least 10 patients (part-time).

Responsibilities

• Provide Christian-based mental health therapy to patients.
• Work with diverse patient backgrounds, including marginalized and LGBTQ+ communities.
• Maintain case notes and collaborate with the team under supervision.
