Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians in San Antonio, TX to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This full-time, W2 role offers a ramp stipend for 30+ hours of weekly availability and a robust benefits package.

Eligible clinicians include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist). You will build a full caseload within 90 days and work with flexible scheduling across seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Antonio, TX. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

About the Role We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Texas - LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Specialties Preferred:

Licensed Therapist specializing in, and with experience providing counseling to Child and Adolescent and/or Play Therapy

Compensation Up to $100,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
