EmpowerMe Wellness in California is seeking licensed therapists to join its EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering therapy and wellness services to seniors in community settings. You’ll assess residents, build personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve independence and safety.
