EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists (PT/OT/SLP) to join our EmpowerMe 360 team serving older adults in Illinois. You’ll deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy within an integrated care model, collaborating with medical and wellness providers to improve independence and safety for residents.

• Must hold current professional license in therapy discipline (PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP) in Illinois.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
