Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed therapist to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering therapy, wellness, and medical care to senior living residents.

You will conduct assessments, create care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support telehealth and caregiver communication, and help residents maximize independence and safety in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives

Responsibilities
