NaphCare, Inc. is hiring an experienced Licensed Case Manager (LISW/LISW-S/LPCC/ LPCC-S/LMFT) for the Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa, FL. This role handles court-ordered substance use and mental health evaluations, care coordination, and collaboration with medical and security staff.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Professional in FL (LISW/LISW-S/LPCC/LPCC-S/LMFT).
• Progressive administrative/management training as a case manager preferred.
• Valid AHA BLS CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document court-ordered substance use and mental health evaluations.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and level of care recommendations.
• Coordinate with healthcare and security staff on mental health care, substance use, and release dates.
• Participate in educational and training activities related to mental health care for patients and staff.

NaphCare is hiring an experienced Licensed Case Manager (LISW/LISW-S/LPCC/ LPCC-S/LMFT) at the Hillsborough County Jail located in Tampa, FL. Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience. Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Licensed Case Manager:

• Perform and document court ordered substance use and mental health evaluations, recommend level of care based on evaluation results, provide and coordinate referrals to community resources.
• Coordinate with healthcare and security staff regarding patients’ mental health care, substance use, and release dates
• Participate in educational and training activities related to mental health care for patients, security personnel, and healthcare staff
• Demonstrate knowledge of ASAM and DSM-V TR criteria

Qualifications

Qualifications for Licensed Case Manager:

• Unrestricted independent licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LISW / LISW-S / LPCC / LPCC-S / LMFT) in FL
• Progressive administrative/management training as a case manager preferred
• Valid AHA BLS CPR card
