Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, Missouri, seeks a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and coordinate ABA services within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring ethical and high-quality care. The BCBA designs treatment protocols, conducts assessments, and guides RBTs while collaborating with schools, universities, and community partners to improve outcomes for children and adults.

Qualifications

  • Post-graduate training in ABA required.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA/RSI program preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with supervision.
