Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is hiring a licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to perform utilization management reviews and ensure medical necessity adherence. The role supports member care and cost-effective outcomes while collaborating with physicians and care teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Behavioral Health, active multi-state licensure (WA/OR/ID/UT), and at least 3 years in utilization management or behavioral health care management. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health required.
• Licensed clinician in WA/OR/ID/UT or eligible for multi-state licensure.
• 3+ years in utilization management or behavioral health care management.
• Independent licensure as a behavioral health clinician in psychology, counselling, social work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform utilization management reviews (prospective, concurrent, retrospective).
• Apply evidence-based criteria and consult with physician advisors as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate transitions of care.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries and maintain documentation.
