• Licensed in Tennessee (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of counseling experience in behavioral health, substance use, or mental health settings.
• Proficient in CPT/ICD-10 coding and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure virtual platforms.
• Develop and update treatment plans per standards.
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Make referrals to primary care, specialists, and community agencies.
