Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist credentials in TX (LPC, LPC-Associate, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT) with a Master's Degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association on hire or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership in the provision of departmental services through a collaborative process.
• Assesses patient healthcare and education needs with the healthcare team to meet those needs.
• Orchestrates patient hospital processes for seamless, efficient care and allocates resources accordingly.
• Complies with annual education requirements and safety standards to minimize risk.
