Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health, Ohio LLC seeks a licensed therapist to provide psychotherapy to clients across office, community, and telehealth settings. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized treatment for behavioral health and substance use disorders, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work, Ohio licensure, and experience in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
• NPI number and Ohio Medicaid ID are preferred and required to start work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform diagnostic interviews for behavioral health and SUD clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in care conferences and case reviews.
• Attend supervision as required and ensure HIPAA confidentiality.
