Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. in Texas is seeking licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to provide trauma-informed mental health services to unaccompanied minors in the Big Bend region. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring U.S. citizenship and licensure in any state.

You will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and families, with a focus on healing, resilience, and safety in a remote-but-beautiful West Texas setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of post-independent licensure experience.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Big Bend region of Texas.

What You'll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.
• Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
