Job summary

You will develop diagnostic assessments, maintain caseloads with timely documentation, and support treatment goals under licensed supervision. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and Ohio licenses (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and Ohio licenses: LSW or LPC (LISW or LPCC).
• 2–5 years clinical counseling experience preferred.
• Provide individual and group counseling under supervision.
• Maintain caseload and document clinical activities timely.
• Demonstrate professional boundaries and ethical practice.
• Be adaptable and responsive to client and program needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, psychosocial intervention and treatment under supervision.
• Maintain caseload and regular client contact.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes.
• Interview and assess clients; prepare clinical reports and service plans.
• Possibly provide family counseling and group sessions.
• Offer cognitive behavioral treatment and case management.
• Assist with training and professional development within the team.
• Ensure documentation complies with contract, regulatory, and agency standards.
