Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician for a full-time, 1.0 FTE, day position in Oregon. A valid NPI is required for client billing, and licensure in Oregon must be active on hire.

You will coordinate and oversee plans of care, provide individual/family/group therapy, supervise interns, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes for patients with complex mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or MFT.
• Active Oregon licensure on hire (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) for Oregon-based roles.
• NPI required for billing purposes.
• Experience with diagnosing and treating complex mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, group, and multi-family group therapy.
• Lead masters'/bachelors'-level clinicians and student interns.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide crisis evaluations, interventions, and safety planning.
• Coordinate with treatment agencies and outside supports as needed.
