Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Lehigh County, PA is seeking Licensed Behavior Consultants (BC-ABA) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BHT-ABAs, train caregivers, and participate in IEP and CASSP meetings to support learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS)- Required
• BCBA Certification (Preferred)
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal. And FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Complete Assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, caregiver interviews, observations) and develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Direct and Supervise BHT-ABAs through Behavioral Skills training: instruction, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP and CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.

YOUR ROLE

As a BC-ABA, you will provide individualized, direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents. You will help learners develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using evidenced-based assessments and help lead a multidisciplinary team!

We have a dedicated staffing team to build your caseload! Center-based opportunities may also be available in Stroudsburg, Milford, Lehighton, Pottsville, and Northampton. Our staffing team works with you to identify appropriate cases and build a consistent schedule.

You start only when at least 18 hours a week of cases are ready for you, and our Staffing team builds your schedule!
