The Licensed Behavior Analyst is responsible for planning, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans for
Essential Duties
- Complete assessments including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, and FBAs
- Write reports as led by assessment, including treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans
- Analyzes goal and behavior data
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to ABA Therapists and RBTs
- Develops and monitors treatment plans including but not limited to creating programs and stimuli
- Provide Parent Training as approved by funder
- Provides feedback to staff when opportunities for improvement/excellence are observed
- Submits written reports within established time frames.
- Fosters practices consistent with the organization’s mission, vision and values; and family-centered care.
- Provides adequate opportunity for staff training and education.
- Work afternoons and evenings, if needed or requested

Supports mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting facility standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

- Write reports as led by assessment, including treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans
- Analyzes goal and behavior data

Requirements
- Formal education required:
- A Master\'s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or a related field
- BCBA and LBA required
Previous Experience Required
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals with challenging behavior
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing skill acquisition treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
