Sephora is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for our Sacramento location to guide clients through makeup, waxing, and related services. You will educate guests on trends, upsell products, and maintain licensure while delivering a high standard of hygiene and service.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling (15–29 hours/week) with opportunities to grow within a diverse, inclusive team and to build lasting client relationships through personalized service and expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
