Sephora in Oak Brook, IL is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part‑time hours. You will perform waxing, makeup, and related beauty services while guiding clients on their journey. You’ll maintain licenses, follow hygiene standards, and promote a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

The role requires a current state license for waxing, makeup, and lashes, with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Flexible scheduling and reliable attendance are valued in a storefront setting.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal‑oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

$21.75 - $24.88/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
