Job summary

Sephora GA-East Cobb is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio, perform makeup, waxing, and related services, and help customers select the right products. Strong communication and a service-oriented approach are essential.

You’ll stay informed on beauty trends, maintain licensure and hygiene standards, and contribute to store goals through personal client service and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
