Job summary

Sephora in Danbury, CT seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time hours at the CT-Danbury Fair location. You will guide clients on their beauty journey, perform services, and help grow store results in a diverse, supportive team environment.

The role requires an active state license for waxing, makeup, and related services, plus 1–3 years in beauty or retail. Excellent product knowledge and a service-driven attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
