Job summary

Sephora in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to impact clients daily by guiding their journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll perform makeup, waxing and related services, educate clients on trends, and help grow service bookings in a diverse, supportive team.

The role emphasizes license maintenance, hygiene, and delivering exceptional customer care while contributing to store goals in a part-time capacity. Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup and false lash services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive results Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products


• Perform beauty services Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu. Stay informed about all beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients


• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards Keep licenses active and always uphold health and safety protocols


• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Qualifications/Experience

• $19.80 - $22.90/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
