Job summary

Sephora Cedar Hill is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time hours at our Cedar Hill, TX studio. You’ll perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services, book clients, and help educate shoppers with current product knowledge.

Must maintain licenses and hygiene standards while promoting an inclusive, team-focused store culture. The role offers part-time scheduling with shifts during peak retail hours, including nights and weekends, and a compensation range disclosed in the posting.

Qualifications

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
