Job summary

Sephora in Burlington, MA is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time hours to guide clients through makeup, waxing, and other services at the Beauty Studio. You will educate clients, stay current on trends, and help create an empowering beauty experience.

The role involves 15–29 hours per week with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining hygiene and licensure in a supportive, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
