Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor at the TX-North Star store in San Antonio, TX to guide clients through makeup services, waxing, and the latest trends. You’ll educate customers, perform services, and help rebook clients to meet store goals.

This role requires an active beauty license in the state, strong product knowledge, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll maintain hygiene standards, support a diverse team, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash applications in the state.
• 1-3 years' experience in beauty, retail, hospitality or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
