CVS Health, the nation’s leading retail pharmacy, is seeking a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant for our beauty and personal care division. You will drive end-to-end customer experiences, deliver personalized product advice, and provide paid beauty services including ear piercing where required, building strong relationships and elevating the sales basket.

You will represent CVS and partner brands, maintain licenses, stay up-to-date with beauty trends, and participate in events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state.
• Must maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times in the state you are employed.
• CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants must demonstrate ability to perform ear-piercing services in all stores.
• Must pass all required skills assessments and training courses.
• Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work at a CVS store and travel to sales programs and events as needed.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and peak hours.
• Nevada license requirements for makeup artist/threader registration in applicable stores.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish candidates preferred in specific stores.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
