Qualifications

• 5–10 years of licensed cosmetologist or barber experience.
• Active Minnesota Cosmetology license and Salon Manager license.
• Proven salon, barber shop, or closely related retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements for personal care services.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and inventory management.

Responsibilities
