Qualifications

• Valid Texas Barber License or Texas Cosmetology License (required).
• Minimum 1 year of men's cutting experience, with strong fade and taper skills preferred.
• A client-first mindset — you read the room, communicate well, and make every guest feel taken care of.
• Professionalism in appearance and demeanor, every shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Team player who contributes to the shop culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precision men's cuts: fades, tapers, bald fades, classic and modern styles.
• Perform straight razor shaves, beard detailing, and grooming services (ear, nose, & eyebrow waxing).
• Build relationships with members who return to see you specifically.
• Represent the Boardroom brand with professional appearance and craft.
