Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetology license required.
• 1+ year of professional barbering/styling experience preferred.
• Strong skills in men's haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and styling.
• Comfortable working with different hair textures and styles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Able to maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and salon safety requirements.
• Able to recommend appropriate hairstyles and grooming services.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and trends.
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
• Must follow salon policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivering top-notch haircuts and grooming services.
• Perfecting beard trims, shaves, and facial treatments.
• Providing manicures, pedicures, and waxing services. (cosmetologists)
• Enhancing clients' skin with invigorating facials.
• Recommending and selling premium grooming products.
• Encouraging membership sales to benefit both clients and yourself.
