Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers/cosmetologists to join our network of salons in Illinois. We offer a performance-based pay model with a high earning potential, including top earners reaching $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips and overall compensation well above base wages.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book – we’ll help you grow it and your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Perform barbering services for walk-in or scheduled clients.
• Consult with clients to determine desired styles and upsell services/retail.
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace and follow safety standards.
