Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking a Licensed Barber to join our team in a high-traffic salon. You’ll cut hair, craft fades, and consult with clients to build loyalty while earning commissions and tips. Your pay reflects performance with strong upside from tips and retail sales.

Top earners can reach $100K+ annually with 30+ hours, a flexible schedule, and frequent client engagement. We provide the chair, the location, and the training you need to grow your business.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Ability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts to maximize earnings.
• Strong cut, fade, color and client consultation skills.
• Bonus points if you have an established book of clients.
