Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed barbers to join our high-volume salons. You’ll work behind a chair with strong guest loyalty, offering cuts, fades, and color while maximizing earnings through commissions and tips.

Top performers can reach $100K+ annually with 30+ hours, plus 75% commission, and a clear 8-level career ladder. Benefits include PTO, education, health coverage, 401(k), and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Ability to cut, fade, color and consult with clients.
• Strong guest service and upselling skills favored.
