Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in New Jersey invites licensed barbers to join a growth‑driven team. Your chair, your income, with up to 75% commission, plus tips, and earning potential well over six figures for top performers.

We emphasize skill in cuts, fades, color, and consultation, walk‑in guests, strong marketing support, and a clear career ladder. A valid barber or cosmetologist license and ability to work nights/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
• Bonus points if you have a client book; growth in commissions
