Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a licensed barber to join our team in Texas. You’ll cut, fade, color and consult with clients to create premium looks from day one, with a strong emphasis on building your client base.

Earn via base service revenue plus commissions and tips, with opportunities to grow through our 8-level ladder and retail sales. State license and U.S. work authorization required; night and weekend shifts needed to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility for peak earning potential.
• Proficient in cuts, fades, color and client consultations.
• Bonus points for existing book of clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality barbering services for walk-in and appointment guests.
• Consult with clients to determine styles, goals and aftercare.
• Maintain a clean, organized chair and sanitization standards.
• Grow earnings through service and product commissions and tips.
