Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Florida is seeking a Licensed Barber who can deliver sharp cuts, fades, and color while building a rewarding client rapport. You’ll work in a high-traffic location with a strong marketing engine to keep your chair busy from day one.

Your compensation is performance-based with top earners reaching 45 to 88+ dollars per hour plus tips, and potential to exceed six figures as you grow your book. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours boost earnings and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to maximize earnings.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.

Responsibilities

• Cut, fade, color, and consult with clients to tailor looks.
• Walk-in guests welcomed to drive daily earnings and station activity.
• Build and grow a personal client book to increase commissions and tips.
