Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a licensed barber to join our high‑volume salon. Start cutting from day one with walk‑in guests and a proven path to high earnings through commissions and tips.

We offer top pay with performance‑based pay structure, up to 75% commission, 8‑level career ladder, and access to advanced education, marketing support, and a robust benefits package including PTO, 401(k), and health plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed barber or cosmetologist in the relevant state.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Ability to work night/weekends to maximize earnings.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color and client consultations.

Responsabilités

• Provide barbering services to walk‑in clients and booked appointments.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment.
