Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed barbers in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. You’ll have your chair, a high-traffic location, and premium tech to turn precision into profit.

This role is performance-based with up to 75% commission, fast track to advance via an 8-level ladder, and 12-price level system. Benefits include PTO, education, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book! we’ll help you grow it and your commission from day one.
