Job description

# Licensed BarberV/DDenver, COCompensation35.18–52.00 an hourPostedJuly 17, 2026## The RoleFull-Time Barber Wanted – The Barber Pole Barbershop I’m looking for a full-time barber to join The Barber Pole, a small three chair barbershop located at 2928 East Colfax Avenue in Denver’s Bluebird District. This isn’t a high volume shop with a bunch of barbers competing for walk-in clients. It’s a clean, classic barbershop focused on quality, professionalism, and giving every client a great experience. I’m not looking to simply fill a chair. I’m looking for the right person who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, treats people well, and wants to grow with the shop. I actively advertise the business and work hard to bring new clients through the door. In just six months, the shop has earned nearly 100 Google reviews by focusing on quality haircuts and excellent customer service. I’m not going to tell you that you’ll walk in on day one with a full schedule because that’s not how building a clientele works. What I can promise is that I’m committed to growing the business, and if you’re reliable, consistent, and do great work, you’ll have every opportunity to continue building your clientele here. I’m looking for someone who is licensed in Colorado, can work at least four days a week, and is generally available Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you already have clients, that’s great. If you’re still building your clientele, that’s okay too. Compensation starts at 60% commission. As you prove yourself through reliability, professionalism, quality work, and helping the shop grow, you’ll have the opportunity to move up to 65% commission. I believe in rewarding value, not simply time. If you’re interested, apply through Indeed, then stop by the shop with a printed résumé, preferably Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. I’d rather meet you in person, have a conversation, and see if we’re a good fit than make a hiring decision based only on an online application. The Barber Pole 2928 East Colfax Avenue Denver, CO Pay: $35.18 - $52.00 per hour Work Location: In person
