Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a licensed barber to join our team in Florida. You will cut, style, and consult with guests, leveraging walk-in traffic and strong marketing to grow your earnings.

The role rewards performance with commissions and tips, and offers a clear career ladder to boost earnings as you build your client base. The position emphasizes flexibility, daily performance, and the opportunity to reach six-figure earnings with tips and commissions in a high-traffic salon

Qualifications

• Barber or cosmetologist license required (state-specific).

• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility boosts earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Bonus points if you already have a book of clients to grow for commissions.

Responsibilities

• Walk-in guests can be cut on day one with provided chair and tools.
• Perform barbering services including cuts, fades, and color per client requests.
• Engage customers, upsell services and retail to maximize commissions.
