Job summary

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Cedar Park, TX is looking for a skilled barber to join our high-energy team. You’ll deliver precise cuts, fades, and grooming, build lasting client relationships, and create a welcoming experience from check-in to checkout.

As an employee, not a renter, you’ll enjoy weekly pay, uncapped commissions, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and ongoing skills development. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with evening and weekend shifts to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Barber License.
• Strong haircutting, fading, and grooming skills.
• Reliable, client-focused attitude.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to continue learning.
• Availability for closing shifts and at least one weekend shift.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure compliance with all TDLR regulations and sanitation standards
• Continue developing your skills through coaching and ongoing education

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas Barber License
• Strong haircutting, fading, and grooming skills
• A reliable, client-focused attitude
• A coachable mindset and willingness to continue learning
• Availability to work closing shifts and at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Schedule

Shop Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
