Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a licensed barber to join our team in Florida. You’ll work in a fast-paced salon environment with a focus on precision cuts, fades, color, and client consultations.

Walk-ins are common, and strong performance can lead to six-figure earnings through commissions and tips. We offer a robust commission structure, an 8-level career ladder, and a clear path to higher earnings as your guest base grows.

Qualifications

• Licensed barber or cosmetologist with state license.
• Ability to perform cuts, fades, color and provide consultations.
• Flexibility for night/weekend/holiday shifts.
• Strong guest service and sales skills encouraged.
• Bonus points for owning a client book and growing commissions from day one.
