Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed barbers for our Illinois salons. You’ll cut hair, consult with clients, and build a loyal guest base from day one. The company provides a busy, high-traffic chair, strong marketing, and a clear path to higher commissions as your book grows.

Earn through service and retail commissions and tips, with pay tied to performance. We offer flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package, including education opportunities and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
