Job summary

Limitless Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our growing team. This hourly position focuses on outreach coverage for local charter schools and Clark County schools, promoting athlete wellness through injury prevention and evidence-based treatment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with ATCs, PTs, LMTs, and S&C coaches, with evenings and weekends required and opportunities for advancement within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training required.
• BOC Certification and an active ATC credential.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Nevada.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Prior experience working with high school or youth athletes is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services in clinical and field settings.
• Provide athletic training coverage for practices and events at assigned charter schools and Clark County schools, in collaboration with school staff and coaching personnel.
• Develop and implement individualized recovery, injury prevention, and return-to-play plans.
• Communicate regularly with coaches, parents, and school administrators regarding athlete health and participation status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, strength coaches, physicians, and other medical professionals.
• Educate student-athletes on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and wellness habits.
• Participate in professional development, community outreach, and staff training events.
