SOL Mental Health is seeking a licensed therapist to provide outpatient therapy and contribute to a collaborative clinical team on Long Island. The role offers built-in supervision to support licensure and a structured career path from day one, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based approaches and client-centered care.

You will work with a diverse client population, manage a range of conditions from anxiety to trauma and eating disorders, and participate in supervision and team collaboration

Qualifications

• Pre-Independently licensed in NY (must have license prior to applying—LMSW or MHC-LP).
• Experience in direct clinical care (internship experience counts).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow as a clinician.
