Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing New Jersey licensure as an LPC to deliver a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face mental health services.

Responsibilities include intake, diagnosis, and treatment of depression and anxiety, ideally under supervision, with a target of at least 25 sessions per week and flexible scheduling. Clinicians will use modern clinical technology and EHRs while building a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
• Seeking independent licensure and residing within 45 minutes of the designated office.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with relevant counseling experience.
• Experience in diagnosing and conducting intakes according to DSM-5 preferred.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including those requiring couples or children's therapy.
• Comfortable working with clinical technology and committed to client progress.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
