Job summary

White Pine and Gracewood Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Assisted Living Director to oversee daily operations and lead a strong team in the Saint Paul area. The role drives compliance, budgetability and care quality aligned with our mission to serve neighbors with top-notch service.

Responsibilities include guiding admissions, building relationships with the community, managing payroll and costs, and ensuring an exceptional resident experience. Must hold BELTSS LALD and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) by BELTSS Board; Required
• Experience with senior adults and dementia
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Highly skilled at problem solving, organization and communication
• Positive attitude and desire to serve others
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English

Responsibilities

• Operational performance of community including compliance with rules and regulations, budgeting and operational management
• Build and maintains an impactful leadership team within the community
• Build relationships within the community and with other agencies to raise awareness of the organization and establish a positive local presence
• Oversee tours, assist with sales and admissions to serve residents and families
• Manage workers' comp claims, FMLA, unemployment claims, payroll, food costs, employee files and overall financial success of the building

Licensed Assisted Living Director responsibilities may include:
