Qualifications

• Active Mississippi cosmetology or barber license.
• Hairstyling or barbering experience; men's haircutting preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services.
• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
