From training new team members to driving service quality and revenue goals, you will collaborate with the Salon Manager, mentor stylists, and stay current with industry trends to deliver outstanding customer experiences and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state cosmetology or barber license.
• Prior salon leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty products sold in store.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists team members.
